Depression and Anxiety

Depression and anxiety are two of the most common mental health struggles in our world today. I find many of my clients feel alone battling their symptoms, however as we embark on the therapeutic process, seeds of hope begin to develop. With the right treatment, one can return to a life free from the grips of depression and anxiety. 

I utilize a variety of evidence-based tools, including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). Many clients start experiencing relief in a short period of time as they start to develop coping skills and new thought patterns.

The cycle of thoughts, emotions and behaviors can feel overwhelming, and I am highly experienced at helping my clients to sort through their triggers and responses. These episodes can be debilitating, but together we will find a path towards relief.  When I empower a client to re-emerge from the depths of depression and anxiety, it is a sincere privilege to witness their true self begin to return.
